CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Participate in the development, management, and consolidation of project planning to ensure optimal use of financial and material resources.
- Assist project managers with various project management activities, as well as the use of management standards, tools, and templates.
- Contribute to project monitoring regarding schedules, effort, budgets, and deliverables, and participate in the preparation of progress reports.
- Actively participate in project status meetings and monthly reviews with various stakeholders.
- Prepare progress updates, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with responsible individuals.
- Participate in project variance analysis and contribute to identifying solutions or corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing management tools and processes, maintaining project management documentation and registers, and producing project financial reports.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Currently enrolled in a university program in Project Management, Business Administration, - - Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management and project controls.
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, rigor, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- English is considered an asset.
- Any project management training or certification (CAPM, PMP in progress, etc.) is considered an asset.
