Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilties:
1. Provide Administrative and Operational Support for Compensation & Benefits
- Handling routine administrative tasks such as data consolidation, document filing, and information verification
- Supporting the coordination and communication of C&B programs, including benefit enrollment activities, eMPF campaigns etc.
2. Support the Execution of Training and Development Activities
- Coordinating training logistics such as venue and materials preparation
- Preparing communication materials including email invitations, reminders, post-session follow-ups, and engagement content in SmartConnect / LinkedIn
- Leading fellow Summer Interns to Organize a Lunch & Learn Session by acting as the project lead
