Job Description:

Introduction

This is an IBM Internship program designed to provide an understanding of IBM's platforms. Through a 4-6 month internship, participants can engage in real consulting projects, enhancing and learning skills in a practical setting. Successful completion of the internship, including passing the probationary assessment, may lead to formal employment with IBM as a contingent graduate.

Your Role And Responsibilities

* Participate in project research and analysis, collect and organize relevant data;
* Assist in market research and industry analysis, and write reports;
* Participate in customer communication and provide consultation and suggestions;
* Assist the team in completing data analysis tasks and support business decisions;
* Participate in training courses with an internship period of 4 to 6 months to enhance personal skills

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Undergraduate and postgraduate students majoring in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, analytics, marketing, finance, supply chain management, management, chemical engineering and related fields who are expected to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
* Possess good English expression skills and be able to read and write English documents fluently;
* Possess excellent communication and learning abilities, and be capable of quickly mastering new knowledge and skills;
* Have a strong interest in the consulting field and be willing to devote oneself to the development of the consulting industry;
* Coud participate as a full-time, on-site internship for a duration of 4 to 6 months and ensure the attendance rate during the internship period.
* Possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills;
