道富银行（State Street Bank）是全球领先的金融服务机构，在全球100多个地区开展包括投资管理、证券借贷和资产托管的多项业务。道富银行总部位于美国波士顿，拥有全球超过3万名员工，是美国资产排名前十的金融机构。道富银行风险管理部（Enterprise Risk Management）负责总部及全球各分公司的风险管理，其中的模型分析团队（Centralized Modelling Analytics，CMA）负责研究和开发各类风险量化管理模型和工具，涵盖市场风险、信用风险和运营风险等。CMA团队设于波士顿总部，其高层都是在美国金融市场拥有十年以上经验的行业精英，其量化金融分析师大多拥有经济、金融、数学、物理、IT等学科的美国顶级学校博士和硕士学位。杭州CMA团队承接波士顿总部关于信用风险和运营风险的职责，长期招聘2名实习生。具体工作介绍和要求如下。

工作内容
协助团队持续监控各个金融风险量化管理模型的表现，优化持续监控流程，提升代码效率，完善自动化进程 协助团队处理临时性的模型开发和数据分析工作

职位要求
在读本科生或研究生，计算机/工程类/经济/数学/统计等专业，如有统计、计量相关基础知识优先，要求每周工作4-5天，最少实习4个月，实习6个月以上最佳 熟悉Python/R等一种及以上编程语言，有HTML基础 有英语基本读写能力 能读懂基本的SQL语句
