Test Automation & AI Optimization Intern
About this opportunity
We are looking for a Test Automation & AI Optimization Intern to support the daily operation and enhancement of our automated testing environment in Beijing.
This role offers hands-on experience in test automation, CI/CD tools, and AI-driven efficiency improvement, providing a great opportunity to work at the intersection of software testing and AI applications.

What you will do
· Support daily maintenance of the automated test environment (Dishwasher Lab), including setup and troubleshooting
· Assist in debugging Jenkins-based automation test failures and identifying root causes
· Develop and maintain test scripts and test cases
· Perform weekly test result analysis and reporting (e.g., TRxCtrl test results)
· Leverage AI tools (e.g., Amazon Q) to:
o Build automated test result analysis tools and generate structured reports
o Develop intelligent error analysis tools to quickly identify issues and suggest solutions

You will bring
· Bachelor's degree (or above) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields
· Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python / C / Java / Shell, etc.)
· Familiarity with Git version control
· Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools is a plus
· Comfortable using Windows OS and office tools
· Availability of at least 4 days per week
· Strong learning ability, communication skills, and proactive mindset
