Our Legal team plays a crucial role in ensuring that we comply with regulations and standards, while driving innovation in digital health and artificial intelligence (AI). As a member of our global Legal team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and collaborate with diverse teams, driving our commitment to ethical and compliant AI and digital solutions.

The Position:
* We are seeking an intern with keen interest in privacy, digital and AI based in Shanghai to support our global legal team. This role supports our global legal counsels in managing the rapidly evolving digital, privacy, and security frameworks within the APAC region. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundational understanding of technology law and a keen interest in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor digital, privacy and security-related legislative and regulatory developments across APAC.
* Assist supervising counsels in legal analysis on various AI, IT, digital and security matters, including data economy, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance risks.
* Support privacy operations for the APAC region.
* Conduct other ad hoc research on personal data protection/privacy laws and AI governance laws.

Who You Are:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in law plus Bar Exam, ideally with a focus on technology law, data privacy, or a related field.
* Available 3-4 days per week from mid-May 2026 to 30 November 2026
* Skills:
* Strong communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
* Openness to work across geographical time-zones and cultures.
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
