Job Description:

1-AI Product Definition: Conduct user research and competitive analysis to define AI-powered solutions across full-link business scenarios; 2-AI Implementation: Translate model capabilities into operational strategies. Manage Prompt engineering, tagging systems, and feature quality; collaborate with R&D/Algorithm teams to deploy AI features; 3-Model Monitoring: Track AI performance metrics, manage grayscale releases, and monitor output consistency and stability to ensure healthy online services; 4-Data Iteration: Monitor core KPIs using SQL/Python for data mining and experimental evaluation to continuously iterate AI strategies; 5-AIGC Content: Develop creative packaging and content strategies for AIGC products to drive user engagement and loyalty. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Business Development Special Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are committed to a long-term career in Southeast Asia, willing to complete an internship in China, and prepared for long-term assignment in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. We especially welcome applicants who are dedicated to deeply cultivating the Southeast Asian market and possess proficiency in Malay, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese

Candidate Requirements:

1-Education：Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, Data Science, or related fields are preferred; 2-Data Skills: Proficient in SQL, with the ability to independently conduct data analysis, feature interpretation, and experimental evaluation; Familiarity with Python (e.g., Pandas/NumPy) or common machine learning metrics (e.g., AUC, F1 score) is a plus; 3-Experience: Strong interest in and hands-on experience with large language models and multimodal generation; solid understanding of core AIGC principles and workflows (e.g., ComfyUI, RAG); 4-Problem Solving: Excellent logical thinking and structured problem-decomposition skills, capable of abstracting complex business scenarios into algorithmically solvable problems; possesses a systematic understanding of internet operations metrics; 5-Soft Skills: Highly self-motivated, curious, and accountable; demonstrates strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to drive projects forward
