Job Description:

1. Assist in developing and executing localized marketing campaigns for Chinese cross-border sellers on Lazada, focusing on traffic generation and performance optimization. 2. Support campaign management through data analysis (e.g., Excel/SQL) to derive actionable insights and enhance ROI. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution and client adoption of Sponsored Solutions. 4. Build strong working relationships with sellers and provide operational support for advertising strategies. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Business Development Special Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are committed to a long-term career in Southeast Asia, willing to complete an internship in China, and prepared for long-term assignment in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. We especially welcome applicants who are dedicated to deeply cultivating the Southeast Asian market and possess proficiency in Malay, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese

Candidate Requirements:

Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, or Filipino) is required. 1. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking abilities; 2. Honest and upright character, optimistic and positive attitude, meticulous and detail-oriented, strong goal orientation, and ability to embrace new concepts; 3. Strong learning ability, high execution capability, self-motivation, driving force, and stress resilience
