Intern, Packaging Consultant

Job Description:

How You Will Do It

* Support the packaging consultants in the areas of plastic packaging, pallets and on the topics of project management (tracking timelines, preparing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders) and data/reporting(generate reports, assist in analyzing supplier performance/cost-saving opportunities, etc.)
* Support in creating clear supplier-independent packaging spec (BASPACK) to be part of the regional or global contracts with suppliers.
* Market intelligence: monitor the market for relevant packaging tech. developments through data analysis and regular communication with suppliers and other external parties with responsible consultant or buyer.
* Support consultants for sustainability topics, such as Green Steel, PCR , PPWR, etc.
* Support consultant/buyer for Supplier Relationship Management topics.
* Support other operational tasks, such as NCM advice, Audit preparation, packaging validation, etc.

What We Look For

* Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship from June 2026, at least 4 days per week
* Student of Bachelor's or Master's Student of Packaging Engineering, Material Engineering, Material Science
* Good English skill for reading and writing - Faster learner, logic thinking, and proactive feedback with proposals
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
