* Documentation Standardization
* Maintain global documentation standards, including templates, naming conventions, versioning rules, and formatting guidelines
* Drive the adoption and implementation of documentation standards across the engineering teams
* Document Optimization
* Review technical documents (e.g., design documents, test reports, SOPs) for consistency, completeness, and compliance with standards
* Identify gaps and propose improvements in structure, terminology, and readability
* Document Lifecycle Management
* Manage document version control and change management processes
* Ensure proper document release, archiving, and updates throughout the lifecycle
* Tools and Platform Management
* Maintain and optimize document management systems (TC, SharePoint...)
* Support the implementation of standardization tools and automation solutions
