Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Intern to join the Asia Pacific Marketing team at Hyatt. This internship offers hands-on experience in integrated marketing activation, with a strong focus on delivering promotional campaigns in the first 90 days.
You will support the execution of strategic regional marketing programs across multiple channels, contributing to brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of brands and hotels.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and activation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, and brand channels.
* Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns targeting key markets in Asia Pacific, with a focus on timely delivery within the first 90 days.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Digital, Loyalty, Comms) and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
* Support the creation of campaign toolkits and communication materials for hotels.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports with key insights and learnings.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers.

Candidate Requirements:
What We're Looking For
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Strong interest in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and marketing trends in the Asia Pacific region.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management tools is a plus.
* A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
Internship Duration
6 months or more.
Language Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must; other languages will be a plus
