Main activities:
* Database Collection: Extract and organize critical data points from a large number of real case files to build and maintain an up-to-date database.
* Monthly Dashboard Support: Assist in updating data for the monthly information dashboard to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
* File and Template Management: Assist in organizing, categorizing, and consolidating daily shared files and work templates for efficient access and use.
Outputs:
* Database
* Dashboard
* Google Drive organization
* Other relevant reports, etc.

Requirements
* Available at least 4 days a week for a minimum duration of 4 months
* A background in engineering is essential, with IT skills considered an advantage.
* Proficient in Google Workspace tools
* Basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
* Proactive and collaborative mindset
