Job Description:

Job Title: Core Technical Inter
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: 6 months / 1 year
Education Recommendations: currently or your last semesters students in Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Telecommunications or related fields.
Overview:
As a Core Technical Intern, you will join our Customer Technology team supporting delivery and operations of Nokia Cloud Core and Applications solutions for major mobile service providers across Latin America. You will work alongside experienced engineers on IMS Voice, Packet Core and Cloud Infrastructure platforms, gaining hands-on experience in automation, cloud technologies and telecom solutions while developing skills for future growth within Nokia.

* Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts and health-check routines for IMS Voice, Packet Core and Cloud Infrastructure platforms
* Assist in monitoring system performance and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support service delivery activities.
* Gain hands-on experience in cloud core technologies, telecom solutions and automation tools.
* Develop problem-solving, data analysis and technical support skills in a global environment

Candidate Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of data analysis using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) or similar tools.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
* Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to have:
* Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell or similar).
* Understanding of telecommunications or cloud technologies.
* Previous internship or academic project experience in IT, data or engineering
