A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, Technical, master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department.
The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into a College Graduate/ Technical Graduate position as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

* At least 75 percent of course work finished for Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
* Intermediate to advanced English Level.
* Must have permanent unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
* 6+ months of experience with:
* Scripting languages with emphasis on python, C#.
* Simulation and validation experience with hardware description languages such as Verilog and/or System Verilog.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

* At least 75 percent of course work finished for Licenciatura Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering.

Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
