The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

* Supports and contributes to software development infrastructure and processes including automation, monitoring, and optimization.
* May assist in CI/CD setup, cloud integration, containerization, and deployment workflows to improve reliability and scalability.
* Works with software engineers, IT, and operations teams to streamline development and release processes.
* As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.

A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:

* Willing to learn new technologies in scope for the team.
* Passion for doing deep server analysis and troubleshooting to solve problems.
* Pro-active mindset and vision.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas/proposals to upper management.
* Interest in working in a highly dynamic HPC environment ensuring optimal performance, availability, and EC storage environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Basic to Intermediate knowledge managing, supporting, troubleshooting NetApp Storage.
* Basic to Intermediate knowledge using PowerShell, Perl, or Python to automate/script tasks.
* Basic to Intermediate knowledge in DevOps concepts and SRE Model.
* Basic to Intermediate knowledge in private cloud concepts.
* Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
* Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
