After Sales Assistant - Intern (f/m/d)

Job Description:

Tasks

* Support of the After Sales Qualification Team (Technical Qualification)
* Parts Support including but not limited to parts order, delivery, logistics, claims, complaints, homologation by using Porsche Online Systems (Porsche Partner Network, Porsche Request Management System, Porsche Parts Logistics+, WWS Campaign Management and Parts Catalogue)
* Assistance with reporting between Porsche AG, Porsche Central and Eastern Europe and importer markets in the area of Central and Eastern Europe
* Assistance in organization and preparation of local and international training events
* Support in creation of statistics, presentations, projects and reports
* Self-dependent handling of a to be defined After Sales Support project within the internship period
* Assistance in organization and preparation of local and international After Sales Support events and visits
Duration: September 2026 - February 2027

Qualifications

* Study of Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Business Administration or a comparable study with focus on marketing, sales or international management, ideal case with relation to automotive business
* Automotive affinity
* Proficiency with MS Office
* Fluent knowledge of English (German and/or Russian and/or Czech language would be beneficial)
* Talent in organization and flexible to work independently
* Communication skills and intercultural understanding
* Driver License
