Video & Community Management Assistant - Veja Copenhagen

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Video & Community Management Assistant to join our Store Retail team in Copenhagen for a 1 to 2-month internship.
You will support the development and execution of a global Retail project, contributing to content creation and coordination with local and HQ teams.
Main responsibilities
* Follow and implement creative briefs related to a Worldwide Retail project
* Organize and coordinate video shooting sessions with in-store teams
* Capture video content in retail environments
* Support planning and scheduling of filming sessions
* Assist in managing and publishing content on social media platforms
* Ensure consistency between brand guidelines and produced content
Tasks may evolve depending on team needs, ongoing projects, and your own initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication/Audiovisual production
* Strong interest in social media, video production, and retail environments
* Basic skills in video recording (editing skills are a plus)
* Good organizational and coordination skills
* Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
* A B2 level of English is required
