Pandora is looking for a curious and motivated intern to join our Product team in Copenhagen for a 3-month internship starting in August 2026. You will work in an international and collaborative environment, supporting a Product Manager and a software development team while learning how digital products are shaped from idea to delivery.
About the role
As a Intern, Product Management, you will develop into a product-focused role while supporting a Product Manager and a software development team. You will learn how to shape digital products from ideation to delivery, contributing to product discovery, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
You will also explore how AI can support product development and improve decision-making processes. This opportunity is ideal for a student with an interest in product thinking and modern software development practices.
Key responsibilities
Product management & discovery
* Support the Product Manager in defining and refining product ideas, features, and user stories
* Contribute to backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap activities
* Assist in product discovery activities, including research, analysis, and problem framing
* Help ensure clarity on product goals, scope, and priorities
Collaboration & delivery support
* Work closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
* Support planning activities and follow-up on delivery progress
* Help maintain transparency on goals, timelines, and dependencies
* Facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
Data & insight generation
* Support analysis of product performance, user behavior, and business needs
* Help translate insights into actionable improvements or product ideas
* Contribute to building structured and data-informed decision-making
AI-driven product development
* Explore how AI tools can support product discovery, backlog refinement, and research
* Experiment with AI to improve the efficiency of product management activities
* Contribute to identifying scalable use cases for AI in product development
Your profile
* Currently enrolled in a Master's degree within IT, digital transformation, business, or a related field
* Strong interest in product management, user-centric design, and digital products
* Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn
* Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
* Interest in technology, software development, and AI
* Strong communication skills in English
