Internal Communications Intern

Job Description:

Overview

This project focuses on localized storytelling to ensure the Egypt BU is fully aligned with the Egypt 2028 vision. The intern will support in managing high-impact Egypt Town Halls, communication channels, creating daily comms and creating engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities

1. Local Town Hall Management: Coordinating the agenda, visual presentations, and live engagement (Q&A/Polls).
2. Vision ""In Action"" Series: Developing a content campaign featuring Egypt-based teams/projects that embody the company vision in the local market.
3. Engagement Events: Planning and communicating local cultural or team-building events to boost morale within the Egypt BU.
4. Feedback Loop: Establishing a localized ""Listening Channel"" (e.g., monthly feedback form or digital suggestion box) to capture the sentiment of the Egypt workforce.
Qualifications

Communications, Integrated Marketing, or Business Administration (with a focus on HR or PR).
