* Observe and record all changeover activities.
* Create changeover timing chart.
* Identify bottlenecks.
* Perform time and motion analysis for CO activities steps.
* Separate internal activities from external activities
* Optimize Internal and external efforts.
* 8 types of material losses
* Yield understanding and how to improve it.
* Waste elimination tools and processes.
* Problem solving, PDCA cycles and other Lean tools.
* Become familiar with KHC's manufacturing process.
KPI's:
- Yield Loss to perfection%
- MUV%
