This Position reports to:HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven HR Intern. This is a great opportunity for an HR student to get hands-on experience across core HR processes and exposure to real-life situations. Each day you will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Drives Business in Jüri.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Supporting the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS)
* Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and daily administrative tasks
* Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
* Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role
* You are studying Human resource
* The opportunity to demonstrate your collaboration and solution-focused approach
* You have curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
* You are at ease communicating in English and Estonian language
