Description du poste

E-Commerce Assistance:
(Priority: Customer Service & Daily Operations)
* Monitor and handle customer service requests
* Assist with daily monitoring of the e-shop (bugs/issues, basic reports, smooth day-to-day operations)
* Help prepare product pages for new drops and collaborations (Webshop integration, uploading photos, product categorization)
* Assist with stock management and analysis (best sellers, restock opportunities, daily stock monitoring)

Communications Assistance:
* Assist in preparing and launching day-to-day social media content (Instagram post selection, captions, community content)
* Monitor Instagram for tags, reposts, and community content for stories
* Analyze social media feeds for trends, post ideas, and creative activations
* Support ideation, creation, and implementation of organic content (reels, shoots, product pushes)
* Organize and assist with press requests and gifting plans (press emails, packaging, sending samples)
* Manage DMs and simple communications (gifting requests, invitations, mass DMs)
* Create simple newsletters for product pushes and drops (with guidance)

General Operations
* Help with day-to-day office tasks (shipments, organization, logistics support)

Profil recherché

Profile We're Looking For
* Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital communication
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable with social media platforms (especially Instagram)
* Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
* Previous experience is a plus, but motivation and curiosity matter most
