ZTE Germany is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Engineering Intern to join our Engineering Services team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for fixed networks (FTTH), WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing), and IP products. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced engineers, assisting in various technical tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for fixed network (FTTH), WDM, and IP products.
* Participate in regular maintenance and performance checks on client networks.
* Help develop technical documentation, reports, and training materials for clients.
* Support the product development team by relaying client feedback and suggesting improvements.
* Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fixed network, WDM, and IP technologies.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting timely and effective technical assistance.

Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of fixed network (FTTH), WDM, and IP technologies is a plus.
* Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous internship or project experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
* Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols is a plus.
