The Team
As part of the Transaction Advisory Group (TAG), you will join a dynamic team that provides financial due diligence and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Our team is known for its collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, gain exposure to various industries, and contribute to the team's success.
About the Role
As an Intern, you will be part of the TAG team for 3-6 months, gaining exposure to:
* Assisting on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments
* Supporting with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects
* Other M&A related (research) tasks, e.g., assisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity
Qualifications
* Advanced bachelor's or currently enrolled in a Master's programme
* Strong affinity for figures and interest in Accounting, Finance, and M&A deal cycle
* Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
* Fluency in German and English
