Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:

* Support in the development and implementation of concepts relating to New Work, Future of Work and modern forms of organization
* Collaboration on projects on hybrid collaboration, employee experience, cultural development and organizational transformation
* Support in preparing and conducting workshops on the topics of collaboration, leadership and corporate culture
* Research and analysis of trends and best practices in the areas of New Work, Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence
* Preparation of presentations, communication materials and decision templates
* Support with recruiting and employer branding activities as well as designing a positive candidate experience
* Collaboration in planning, coordinating and implementing projects in an interdisciplinary environment
* Cooperation with various stakeholders and support in the development of innovative work and organizational concepts

Your profile
You are studying business psychology, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Strong communication skills in German and English
* Interest in topics such as new work, organizational development, modern forms of work and corporate culture
* Affinity for digital tools and collaborative working methods
* Good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
* Personal initiative, creativity and the joy of bringing in new ideas
* Ability to work in a team and an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
* Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way
* Safe use of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
* Enthusiasm for innovation, digitization and designing sustainable working environments
