Intern - Merchandising- and Retail Performance Analyst - (f/m/d)
- full-time -

* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key sales, inventory, and CRM data, providing actionable insights for merchandising and business decisions.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, inventory trends, and CRM campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
* Create compelling reports and presentations in Power BI to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various departments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting mechanisms to track progress against business goals.
* Analyze the effectiveness of CRM campaigns using Power BI, recommending data-driven optimizations to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
* Identify and analyze revenue generation opportunities, monitoring sales effectiveness and presenting findings through Power BI reports.
* Support the optimization of CRM processes and systems through data analysis and reporting

Candidate Requirements:

* Fluent in German & English.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
* Expert proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report development, data visualization, and data modeling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with store management and other departments, including the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely
