Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:

* Support in analyzing and optimizing business processes
* Identification, documentation and coordination of business requirements
* Collaboration in projects in the area of process analysis and requirements management
* Preparation of presentations and decision documents for stakeholders
* Support in evaluating and preparing data (e.g. using Excel)
* Using tools such as Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration
* Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and support in day-to-day operations

Your profile
You are studying business informatics, business analytics, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Profound knowledge of process analysis
* Expertise in requirements management
* Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Safe use of Microsoft Excel
* Experience in stakeholder management
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
* Ability to create compelling presentations
* First experiences in the area of data analysis
* Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum)
