Our "E-Drive, Power Electronics & Transmission Development" division within Group Components-located in Kassel, Wolfsburg, and Gaimersheim-is responsible for developing all future pulse inverters (PWR) for electric drives across the Volkswagen Group. Possible tasks within this role

Supporting in addressing a variety of development questions related to modern AI approaches
*
Building, enhancing, and evaluating general models and functional modules
*
Contributing to the integration and customization of AI-supported assistance features
*
Collaborating within cross-product teams across the VW Group
Qualification requirements
* Enrolled Bachelor students with (> 89 credit points) or Master students in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study
* Good to very good academic performance
* Initial experience with GenAI, LLMs, and programming (e.g., Python)
* Initial experience in Engineering sciences
* German or English language level B2
