Job Description:

1. Assist with the customs clearance process for returned products and spare parts 2. Coordinate logistics for after-sales shipments, both inbound and outbound 3. Track shipments and update internal systems 4. Support minor technical inspection and documentation for returned units 5. Communicate with internal teams (Tech Support, Warehouse, Sales) and external logistics providers 6. Help optimize logistics and customs-related processes

Candidate Requirements:

1. Student in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field 2. Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel); ERP knowledge is a plus 3. Good attention to detail and organizational skills 4. Interest in international logistics and customs procedures
