Job Description:

Job purpose/role

As a member of our team at Allianz Investment Management you will analyze, monitor and help to steer the EUR 25bn investment portfolio of Allianz Versicherungs-AG, the leading property and casualty insurance company in Germany.

Key responsibilities

* Contribute to investment analysis and decision proposals for the top management
* Support in steering the investment portfolio and implementing asset allocation
* Assist in day-to-day investment decisions, projects and ad-hoc requests
* Further enhance analysis methods, tools and reporting standards

Key requirements / Skills / Experience

* Completed undergraduate studies in mathematics, business administration or economics with solid credentials
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Interest in capital markets, portfolio management and investments
* Fixed income know-how would be a plus
* Fluency in English, German is a plus
* We are looking for people with initiative who can work independently within a very international and dynamic environment
* Registered as a student for the entire duration of the internship
