Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to help us turn raw content into polished, engaging short-form videos. You'll work closely with the founders to edit, refine, and repurpose video content for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, has a good eye for pacing and clarity, and wants hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
* Edit short-form video content (30-90 seconds) for social platforms
* Clean up raw footage (cuts, captions, basic sound leveling, light color correction)
* Add subtitles, text overlays, and simple visual elements
* Repurpose long-form recordings (calls, talks, workshops) into short clips
* Organize video assets and maintain a simple content library
* Collaborate with the founders on improving hooks, pacing, and clarity
What We're Looking For
* Experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve - no specific tool required)
* Strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and audience attention
* Comfortable working with talking-head content
* Basic understanding of social media formats and trends
* Reliable, organized, and open to feedback
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
* Experience editing LinkedIn or TikTok content
* Familiarity with startups, tech, or business content
* Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
* Motion graphics or light animation skills
