In this role, you will be involved in:

* Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for end-users.

* Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.

* Participating in the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.

* Performing data analysis and generating reports to support business decisions.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges.

* Maintaining accurate documentation and records of IT-related activities.

What should you bring along?

* Experience with Microsoft Office

* High organizational skills

* Fluency in English

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
