Job Description:

A Snapshot of Your Day

You support the work of the engineers, and we are working together on introducing new manufacturing processes and improving existing processes related to transformer manufacturing. This could be a quick response to a recent problem, issuing a simpler work instruction, or specifying and procuring new high-value manufacturing equipment.

How You'll Make an Impact
● Daily support for engineering
● Run the engineering processes
● Update, maintain procedures, instructions
● Collect, analyze data from manufacturing
● Perform measurements, tests, for verification/validation
● Create technical drawings (CAD)
● Support internal process audits

What You Bring
● Ongoing engineering studies (electrical, mechanical, chemical, etc.)
● Minimum 4days, 32hours / week availability
● Ability to cooperate with other departments (Engineering, Production, Quality, EHS, Sales, Purchasing)
● Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes
● Fluent English both verbal and written
● Comprehensive computer skills (MS Office; ERP handling - SAP knowledge is an advantage)
● Good communication skills

About the Team
The team is dynamic group of 18 engineers, forming PD&T (Production Development & Technology) department. Our activities are part of a value-added process within the engineering process. The demands from our customers are incorporated into the design of our products, and the PD&T department provides the necessary technology for their production. This includes the development and monitoring of machines, tools, auxiliary equipment, and the associated manufacturing processes. Our activities also include the verification and validation of production technologies. Additionally, we implement continuous improvement based on data from monitoring and requests from other departments, like PROD, EHS, EQS.
