Job Description:

Your Task

This position is for a student role at Germany's leading IT and telecommunications company in an international environment. The company is seeking a fast-paced and proactive student who will serve as a bridge between innovation and staff, with a focus on capitalizing on their ownership approach along cutting edge digital solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring an average office presence of only 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

* AI Community Management: Serve as the professional engine of the MS Teams channel, responsible for content production, sharing breaking news and developing the internal community life.
* Communication & Content: Create professional blog posts, internal newsletters and visually engaging digital materials in collaboration with the central communications team.
* Project Support: Actively participate in the coordination and operational support of automation and AI-focused projects.
* Data-driven process development: Create reports and make independent suggestions to automate and make internal processes more efficient

Your Profile

We are looking for a fast-paced and proactive student with a technology affinity to support our AI and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge innovation and staff, demonstrating ownership and working with cutting-edge digital solutions.

Must Have Skills

* Active student status (any field of study, though Economics, IT, Marketing or HR is an advantage)
* Technology affinity and interest
* Confident use of Microsoft 365 product range (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Fast-paced and proactive personality
* Ownership attitude and responsibility for assigned areas
* Proficiency in English OR German
* Availability for 20-25 hours per week

Nice to Have Skills

* Experience or strong interest in Power Automate
* Experience or strong interest in ChatGPT
* Experience with n8n
* Experience with GitHub Copilot
* Background in Economics, IT, Marketing or HR
