Your Task

Our application management team is looking for a trainee colleague who is interested in business process support applications and would like to see the operation of a business application in practice. If you want to work in a young dynamic team with good communication and interpersonal skills, we have the place for you.

Responsibilities

* Ensure the smooth operation of the application
* Monitor systems and initiate troubleshooting when errors are detected
* Diagnose and categorize incoming errors/problems
* Transmit and track more complex issues
* Monitor and ensure compliance with the service level stipulated in the contract
* Maintain contact with operators
* Apply general knowledge of hardware and software
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach
* Utilize problem-detection and problem-solving skills
* Work effectively in a team environment
* Assist the Operation Manager
* Prepare documentation

Your Profile

We are looking for a trainee interested in business process support applications with good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to join our application management team.

Must Have Skills

* Active, full-time student legal relationship for at least 1 more year
* Intermediate level of English
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently
* Good communication skills (oral and written)
* Customer-oriented approach
* Ability and proficiency in working in a team
* General knowledge of hardware and software

Nice to Have Skills

* Knowledge of German
