Job Description:

Your Task

This role is for a motivated intern with strong organizational skills, digital fluency, and an interest in learning and development, skills, or organizational topics.

Key Responsibilities

* Data collection, basic analysis, and synthesis of insights
* Creative support (structuring ideas, improving clarity and storytelling)
* Ad-hoc coordination tasks across stakeholders and initiatives
* Administrative and organizational support (documentation, follow-ups, task tracking)

Additional Tasks

* Calendar optimization, meeting scheduling, and agenda preparation
* Facilitation support for team meetings (notes, timekeeping, action tracking)
* Preparation and editing of presentations (PowerPoint), visual materials, and summaries

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated intern with strong organizational skills, digital fluency, and an interest in learning and development, skills, or organizational topics to support various administrative and analytical tasks.

Must Have Skills

* Availability to work 20 hours weekly across minimum 3 days a week
* Active full-time student status (or passive under 25)
* C1 level English proficiency (spoken and written)
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Intermediate data analytics skills
* Strong communication style
* Attention to detail
* Curiosity and willingness to learn
* Structured mindset and ability to document processes
* Ownership mindset: ability to work independently with guidance
* Proactive approach: bringing ideas and asking questions
