Role overview
Support the operational delivery of digital marketing assets for global professional campaigns used by our networks worldwide. Focus on coordinating campaign materials, managing translations and localization, supporting asset distribution across internal platforms, and ensuring assets are correctly published for dealers and tradepeople in multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
* Support the preparation and coordination of marketing campaign assets for global campaigns.
* Assist in creating and managing creative briefs for agencies based on campaign requirements provided by project managers.
* Coordinate translations and localization of campaign assets across up to 38 languages.
* Support communication with agencies responsible for asset production and localization.
* Assist in preparing and distributing marketing asset packages including banners, landing page templates, newsletter templates, and social media assets.
* Upload and distribute assets via internal platforms; perform quality checks on uploaded assets to ensure correct naming, structure, and availability across regions.
* Monitor campaign asset publication across countries and follow up with regional teams when required.
* Assist in maintaining campaign playbooks, guidelines, and documentation.
Systems & platforms (generic)
* Dealer-facing platforms: upload, publish, and verify availability of localized assets to dealer networks and support dealers in accessing campaign materials.
* Marketing asset portals and content management systems: manage package structure, naming conventions, and distribution across markets.
* Localization and translation tools: coordinate language versions and ensure consistency across assets.
What the intern will learn
* Exposure to global digital marketing campaign operations.
* Hands-on experience with marketing asset management systems and international campaign localization.
* Collaboration with global marketing teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders.
* Insight into how digital marketing assets are distributed and used by international dealer networks and tracked via internal sales/marketing systems

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* Active full-time BSc or MSc student in Hungary
* Available for a minimum of 1 year, at least 25 hours per week
* Professional working proficiency in English
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and structured mindset
