What you´ll do:

* Support the Finance team in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in real-world business operations
* Assist in preparing financial reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership review
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational processes, ensuring alignment with Henkel's internal policies and global compliance standards
* Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, helping identify areas for efficiency and improvement
* Take ownership of assigned tasks, with guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations.

* Motivated and high-potential students currently pursuing a degree in Commerce related disciplines, and eligible for industrial training as per ICAI regulations
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
* A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage
