As a Software Intern at GE Precision Healthcare LLC, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of cutting-edge healthcare software solutions, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers to solve real-world challenges in medical technology.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the design, development, and testing of software modules for healthcare applications.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.
* Debug and troubleshoot software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
* Document software designs, specifications, and test plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve software development processes.
* Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Job Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts and data structures.
* Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., C++, Java, Python, C#).
* Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Agile).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
