Job Description

As a Software Intern at GE Healthcare , you will contribute to the development and enhancement of cutting-edge healthcare software solutions, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications and modules for healthcare products.
* Write, debug, and maintain code in various programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python, C#).
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
* Document software designs, specifications, and test plans.
* Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software functionality and reliability.
* Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Demonstrated proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., C++, Java, Python, C#).
* Understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
