* Check submission status, advances, payment requisitions, and travel requests in PowerApps
* Check and verify documents in SmartFix
* Post all invoices and tax invoices to SAP
* Follow up on INAP SIIM
* Assist with IDS payments/Swift payment
* Reconcile FEBAN (Bank Statements)
* Prepare monthly listings of sales tax invoices for Trading Goods (TG) and Customer Services (CS)
* Daily check price settings
* Handling transaction invoices for BSH Hausgeräte GmbH and Robert Bosch GmbH

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP
* Able to support and assist team members effectively
* Available to work five days per week
* Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
* Fast learner and highly reliable
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
* Ability to handle data entry accurately
* Eager to learn and highly inquisitive
