* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
* Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking their start and end dates
* Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs
* Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns, providing necessary orientation and resources
* Prepare and support the signing of internship contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
* Manage and regularly update the intern database
* Support hiring for permanent positions as needed
* Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related fields
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing intern data and documentation
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functions
* Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
* Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
