Logistics Controller Intern
Location: Israel, Kadima
General Description
The Logistics Controller is responsible for the operation, analysis, and control of the company's logistics processes.
The role includes performing local procurement, daily interaction with suppliers, collaboration with internal departments, handling issues and exceptions, and working closely with the company's warehouses.
Main Responsibilities
* Ongoing operation and monitoring of inter-system interfaces.
* Generating operational reports and analyzing them.
* Managing purchase orders with overseas suppliers.
* Coordinating and managing deliveries.
* Handling exceptions and resolving issues in the logistics domain.
* Managing local procurement processes: requesting quotations, tracking deliveries, and resolving supplier-related issues.
* Analyzing and improving work processes.
Job Requirements
* Experience in logistics/warehousing/procurement - mandatory.
* Previous experience in inventory control - advantage.
* Experience working with SAP - advantage.
* Academic education in Logistics / Industrial Engineering and Management - advantage.
* Good English proficiency.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
* High analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good command of Excel.
* Ability to work with multiple interfaces.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems in real time.
* Strong teamwork skills
