Purpose of the position: As Technical Safety Engineer you will be part of the Energy Carriers business line within Technical Safety and Environmental (TSE) Department. You will support the Technical Safety Engineers and Leads as well as the Environmental Engineers and Leads in our department in executing Technical Safety & Environment design activities and preparing relevant project documentation.
Based on specific needs, the activity may require computations, simulations and preparation of TSE deliverables mostly in the areas of risk and reliability analysis and/or environmental analysis.
How can you support us?
* Applying your technical competences: TSE engineer needs to be able to identify and analyze problems, to evaluate and identify solutions using specific and solid knowledge to be adapted to changing situations and requirements, such as new technologies, regulations, standards, or customer needs.
* Leveraging on your teamwork skills: TSE engineer needs to collaborate with other engineers and professionals having different disciplines and backgrounds listening and respecting different opinions, sharing knowledge and ideas, and contributing to the common goals and objectives of the team.
* Bringing curiosity and proactivity to the service of the assigned tasks, with the aim of increasing personal and team competence
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Energy and Nuclear Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other Engineering within the field of interest for the position.
Background: University projects or internship within.
Languages: Italian and English both fluently written and spoken
Technical Knowledge: There are no requirements for previous experience, so the technical knowledge strictly required is the one achieved during the educational career. However, curiosity, proactivity and willingness to deepen scientific topics are more than welcome, therefore any additional technical skills possessed by the candidate are considered a plus.
