Purpose of the position: As Cost Estimator Intern you will respond to the head of Sustainable Infrastructures Tendering Department and be part of the Sustainable Infrastructures Business Line.
As part of the Tendering Department, you will assist and support the Team in preparation of cost-related documentation including the one to be submitted with the Bid, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders requirements, within time and cost constraints in observance of internal Quality procedures and practices.
How can you support us?
* Analyze the Tender Documents provided by Client and study scope of work, project schedule, technical specifications and Client's requirements.
* Develop the Bid cost estimate of project activities and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables, assets, plant materials and subcontracts.
* Analyze the Suppliers quotation to be included in the bid cost estimate.
* Develop accurate cost analysis for construction activities.
* Prepare the bid price sheet and the preliminary project cash flow for internal use.
* Support the Team activities related to the post-Bid clarification phase with the Client.

What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Civil Engineering or other scientific education backgrounds (e.g. Economics, other Engineering, etc.)
Languages: English fluent (B2); strong written and oral communication capabilities.
Technical Knowledge: advanced use of Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
