Your role

As an intern in the GBS (Global Business Services) Team, you will contribute to key accounting and financial activities. You will have the opportunity to support your colleagues in:

* Management of supplier master data for centralized branches (EMEA and global), acting as a point of reference for the branches both from a technical and procedural perspective

* Knowledge of workflows, procedures, and guidelines shared with the Procurement team

* Analysis and reporting aimed at standardizing processes, ensuring control, and identifying any process gaps

* Proactively proposing ideas to improve and streamline workflows

Main Requirements

* Excellent knowledge of English and an additional foreign language

* Commercial background, sales support, procurement, and buyer experience

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
