6-months internship starting in April 2025

Your tasks:
* Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process;
* Support monthly Payroll process;
* Provide support in all employee lifecycle activities;
* Contribute to Learning & Development activities;
* Support with reporting activities and manage digital People Database;
* Manage Internal Communication initiatives.

* Organizational capacity & priority management
* Relationship builder - Strong interpersonal and communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen, and communicate clearly
* Able to manage confidential information with proper discretion
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
* Curious, proactive, and highly motivated to learn
* Fluent in Italian and English spoken and written
