Internship: Production and Technology

Job Description:

THE INTERNSHIP

For our site in Fornovo San Giovanni we are looking 2 intern to join the Production and Technology Department.
During this formative period, you will have the opportunity to understand the role and the importance of the function within a company that produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) destined to the manufacturing of drugs for Human Pharma and Animal Health.
Furthermore, you will acquire skills performing transversal activities and dealing with a multinational company context.
Definitely something new to learn every day! 

Tasks & what you will be learning:

The intern will work closely with expert company employees.
This daily collaboration will allow to understand the Good Manufacturing Practices and to adapt/use them within various company fields, such as:
* Production documentation;
* MBR(Master batch Record) MCR(Master Cleaning Record) DSU ( set up);
* Collaborate in Process Validation stage 2 & 3: PPQ & CPV;
* Collaborate in Cleaning validation: Validation Protocols, Reports and Risk Assessment;
* Scope and importance of the SOP, the writing of an SOP and related training;
* Change Control concept and its impact on production documentation and validation;
* Collaborate in Data Integrity and Digitalization Initiatives.

 

Requirements:

* High School Degree in scientific subject (Industrial Technical Institute for Chemistry, Scientific High School);
* Bachelor or master's degree in chemistry, CTF or Pharmacy is a plus;
* Languages: Fluent Italian and scholastic knowledge of English (level B1-2);
* Good knowledge of Ms Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
* Curious and analytical attitude, propensity for continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork.
