INTERN PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities
* Entering supplier orders into the ERP system in line with existing forecasts and price lists
* Managing purchase order confirmations and procurements on specified delivery dates
* Contacting suppliers to request advances or reminders regarding the delivery of materials ordered
* Report on KPIs related to non-compliance and adherence to contractual lead times
* Evaluating, together with the Supply Chain team, any proposals to change the terms and conditions of suppliers

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in economics, political science or engineering, or equivalent qualifications
* A short period of previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
* Ability to work cooperatively with an international team, ability to handle requests and enter data
* excellent familiarity with IT applications.
* Required fluency in English (spoken and written)

The position is located in Cassina de Pecchi (Milano)
We are offering a 6-month internship with compensation of 800 euros gross per month, meal tickets of 7EUR and 8 days of remote work per month.
