CSR SPECIALIST TRAINEE

Job Description:

Bulgari S.p.A., within the Corporate Social Responsibility department based in Rome, is searching for a "CSR Specialist Trainee" to join its dynamic and purpose-driven team. Reporting directly to the Chief Sustainability & Due Diligence Officer, you will be exposed to both the strategic and operational dimensions of sustainability, including key initiatives related to ethical business conduct, environmental stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain due diligence.

In this internship role, you will support the CSR team in translating Bulgari's environmental and social values into tangible initiatives that positively impact our people, communities, and planet.

You will actively participate in the execution and continuous improvement of CSR practices and reporting, while gaining exposure to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) challenges and the broader sustainability strategy of the LVMH Group.
Technical Skills * Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of CSR/ESG principles, due diligence frameworks, and regulatory trends (e.g., human rights, environmental compliance, responsible sourcing). * Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus. * Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus. Soft Skills * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Genuine interest in sustainability, human rights, and corporate responsibility
